- We offer a variety of driving lesson packages to suit your needs. Please inquire for more details.
Payment Requirements:
- Payment is required upfront to secure your lessons.
- Lessons are not confirmed until payment is received.
Choice of Date, Time, and Instructor:
-While we strive to accommodate your preferred date, time, and instructor, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Rescheduling and Delays:
- Occasionally, lessons may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as a driver's test or a special needs occupational assessment.
- We make every effort to minimize disruption and will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
- Please be aware that delays may occur due to traffic conditions.
Privacy:
- Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Spotto Driving School — Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Notice required: 24–48 hours minimum
- Contact by: Phone (0417 855 512) or email (info@spottodrivingschool.com.au)
- Deadline: Notify by 4:30 PM, 24–48 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellation (<24 hours): 100% lesson fee charged
- Late arrival: Only the remaining time of the scheduled appointment is available. 20+ minutes late is forfeit, no reschedule
- Payment: Must be made via credit card or direct deposit before any lessons. Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before future bookings
Refund Policy
-All refunds incur a 20% administration charge
-Eligible for refund:
- No instructors available in your area
- No availability within the next 6 weeks
- Duplicate payment
- Voucher exchanges (e.g., test package → lesson hours, or vice versa)
- Instructor did not attend the scheduled lesson (no refund if a substitute instructor attended)
- Not eligible for refund:
- Zero voucher balance or expired vouchers (valid for 6 months)
- Change of mind (found cheaper provider, completed logbook, no longer need lessons, etc.)
- Preferred instructor unavailable when alternatives were offered
- Your errors (wrong service type, incorrect details, not meeting licensing requirements, not making official test booking)
- External authority delays/errors
- Late cancellation fees already charged
- Instructor illness (rescheduling offered instead)
Waivers
Uncontrollable circumstances (emergencies, etc.) may be approved for waiver at the discretion of Spotto Driving School Gold Coast Pty Ltd.
Disputes
Submit in writing to info@spottodrivingschool.com.au. We'll respond within 1–5 business days with resolution options.
