Position: Driving Instructor
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Driving Instructor to join our esteemed team. As a Driving Instructor at Spotto Driving School, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their driving journey, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality driving instruction to learners of various ages and skill levels.
Conduct both manual and automatic driving lessons.
Create personalized lesson plans to address each studentโs individual needs and goals.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment.
Accurately record student progress and lesson details.
Stay informed about current road safety regulations and driving techniques.
Be available to work some Saturdays.

Essential Requirements:
Valid Queensland driver's license.
Accredited driving instructor certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, reliability, and a positive demeanour.
Strong commitment to promoting safe driving practices.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
Proficiency in teaching both manual and automatic driving lessons.
Willingness to be featured on our social media channels as part of our community engagement and marketing efforts.
Availability to work some Saturdays.
